The Studios
Each studio is equipped with air conditioning and a kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric or induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, all cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware, and dinnerware. Each studio features a tiled bathroom with a sink and a hot water shower. Guests will find a king-size bed, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, cable TV, and an in-room safe.
A hairdryer, a cooler, beach towels, and shopping bags are provided in all studios. Iron board and iron are available upon request.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
Sunset is a non-smoking property. Smokers are kindly requested to use the designated smoking areas, located at the white and blue benches in front of our property.
Garden View Studios

Nestled around a beautiful tropical garden, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi, our Garden View Studios offer an ideal retreat for independent and budget-conscious travelers. Opening both the front and back windows allows for refreshing tropical cross-ventilation in the room, with some guests opting to forgo the use of air conditioning altogether!
Each studio features its own private terrace measuring 10m2/108ft2, complete with a teak patio set. The sleeping area is separated from the kitchenette by a high table with two bar stools. The total area of each studio, including its ceramic tiled bathroom, is 25m2/270ft2.

This studio boasts a surface area of 25m2/270ft2, with an additional 10m2/108ft2 terrace. It features a hot water shower, a kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, free Wi-Fi internet access, cable TV, and a ceiling fan.
From your patio, enveloped by flourishing gardens, you will enjoy breathtaking sunset views, with windsurfers, kitesurfers, wingfoilers, and sailing boats passing by.
Ocean View Studios
Ocean 1 & Ocean 2
These beautiful studios (25m2/270ft2) will enchant you with their tropical decor and private terraces overlooking the ocean. Offering one of the most breathtaking views in the world, they are west-facing, exceptionally sunny and bright, with each a beautiful terrace measuring (10m2/108ft2).
The Ocean View studios feature a hot water shower, free Wi-Fi internet access, and cable TV. They include a spacious tiled bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and all amenities, including a gorgeous outside sitting area. The ocean is just a couple of steps away!
Large Garden Studios

These studios boasting a surface of 35m2/375 ft2 offer a comfortable living and dining area with a king-size bed. They feature a hot water shower, ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi internet access and cable TV, along with a fully equipped kitchenette with a large refrigerator and freezer.
One of our Large Garden Studios (Large Garden 2) includes a covered ocean view terrace, providing shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon. There is no better place to unwind as you watch the sun set!

This fully furnished 65m2/700 ft2 studio features a very spacious living room, TV area, and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, providing you with all the comfort and conveniences Aruba has to offer.
With a beach just across the road and spectacular Aruban sunsets visible from your own private covered 24m2 (270 ft2) front porch, you can unwind and enjoy the evening in absolute tranquility. It’s romance at its best!
